Villa Filmowiec regulations
- Please read the rules applicable at our facility. This will allow both parties to avoid unpleasant situations and allow us to focus on ensuring you have a comfortable and pleasant stay.
- Guests undertake to comply with the provisions of these regulations, health and safety and fire protection regulations.
- We are not liable for damage resulting from guests’ failure to comply with the rules and explained in our terms and conditions.
- The payment for the stay and the resort fee are collected in cash on the day of arrival, in accordance with the date set by you – please respect this obligation.
- The tourist tax in Polanica-Zdrój in 2024 is PLN 5,00 per person per day of stay.
- A deposit of PLN 300 is collected upon check-in. The deposit is collected in cash on the day of arrival and returned on the last day of your stay if no major damage and/or missing equipment is found in the rented apartment.
- Guests are obliged to check in immediately after arrival. In order to confirm identity, the guest is obliged to present a document with a photograph (Act of April 10, 1974 on population records and identity cards, Journal of Laws of 2001, No. 87, item 960).
- The hotel day at the Villa is from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival to 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
- When renting an apartment, the guest specifies the duration of their stay (at least two days). If the stay extends beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival, the guest should report it to the facility manager by 4.00 p.m. on the eve of the apartment rental expiry. If there are no vacancies, the facility manager may not take into account the request to extend the apartment lease.
- Parking space – each apartment is allocated one parking space located in front of the facility’s fence, on the street. It is marked with the apartment number. Villa Filmowiec is not responsible for the destruction or theft of a car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest.
- A guest bringing a dog or other pet is obliged to take all safety measures to ensure that it does not pose a threat to other holidaymakers. Dogs should be on a leash and wear a muzzle. Full liability for damage caused by animals is borne by their owners or persons under whose care they remain in the Villa. The owner is obliged to clean up the pet’s waste and have a current vaccination book. Arrival with a dog/cat requires e-mail confirmation. The cost of each animal staying at the facility is PLN 40 per day.
- We would like to inform you that we are not responsible for the guest’s property left in the room. A safe is available in each apartment.
- There is a night silence in the Villa from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Each guest, along with the room key, also receives a key to the front door – please lock it behind you when you are away.
- The guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices (including loss of a set of keys and a TV remote control) resulting from his or her fault or the fault of the visitors. For damage detected after leaving the room, after prior consultation with the facility manager, they will be charged with repair costs. Price for losing keys: PLN 150, for losing the TV remote control: PLN 200.
- Due to the requirements of fire protection and general safety, the apartments are not allowed to use electrical devices that do not constitute permanent equipment of the room, stoves, radiators or mushroom dryers. This does not apply to chargers and power supplies for RTV and computer devices.
- Once you receive the key to the apartment, you become its host. The apartment is cleaned and towels are replaced during the entire stay at the guest’s request. Please inform the facility manager about this fact
- The guest cannot transfer the room to other people, even if the period for which he paid has not expired.
- Persons who are not registered may stay in the guest’s apartment from 10.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. An unregistered person staying in the guest’s apartment after 10.00 p.m. is tantamount to the consent of the apartment renter to accommodate a person who is not registered in the guest’s apartment for a fee at the prices applicable on the day of check-in.
- Smoking is prohibited in the Villa. You can only smoke in designated areas in front of the building. The smell of smoke means the need to dearomatize the apartment, which costs PLN 800 and will be added to the bill.
- WI-FI internet available on the premises is free of charge.
- Sports equipment, such as skis or bicycles, should be stored in the place indicated by the staff. Ski boots are not allowed to enter the apartments.
- Using the sauna is included in the price of your stay. When using the sauna, it is essential to follow safety and hygiene regulations. The guest uses the sauna at his or her own risk, entering the sauna is tantamount to confirming that his or her health condition allows him or her to use it. devices. - We reserve the right to refuse accommodation to persons who are visibly under the influence of alcohol or drugs and to those who behave aggressively or in a manner generally considered vulgar.
- Persons violating the rules of these regulations will be obliged to leave the Villa without refund.
- Personal items left by the departing guest will be sent back to the indicated address at his expense. If such an instruction is not received, these items will be stored for a month and then will be donated to charity or for public use
- In case of reservations or complaints regarding the quality of services, the guest is asked to report them no later than 24 hours after check-in. Complaints submitted on the day of check-out will not be considered. We would like to inform you that we are not responsible for any inconvenience caused by reasons beyond our control, e.g. power or water supply interruptions.
