VILLA FILMOWIEC – HOUSE RULES
Dear Guests,
Please read the following House Rules. They are intended to ensure a comfortable and safe stay for all guests and to help maintain a peaceful atmosphere at Villa Filmowiec.
1. Reservations
Reservations can be made directly with Villa Filmowiec or through external booking platforms.
By making a reservation, the Guest accepts these House Rules.
2. Minimum Stay
The minimum stay is 2 nights unless the individual terms of the reservation state otherwise.
3. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out is by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
Early check-in or late check-out is possible only by prior arrangement with Villa Filmowiec.
4. Payment
Payment for the stay is made in accordance with the conditions of the reservation.
For reservations made through external booking platforms, the payment terms of the respective platform also apply.
5. Spa Fee
The local spa fee is charged according to the current rate established by the Municipality of Polanica-Zdrój.
6. Number of Guests
The number of people staying in the apartment may not exceed the number specified in the reservation.
Any additional guests must be agreed with Villa Filmowiec in advance.
7. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
During this time, Guests are kindly requested to keep noise to a minimum and respect the comfort of other guests and neighbouring residents.
8. Parking
Guests of Villa Filmowiec may use the parking spaces designated for guests free of charge.
The number of parking spaces is limited. Please park according to the markings and instructions provided by Villa Filmowiec.
Villa Filmowiec is not responsible for vehicles or belongings left inside them.
9. Keys and Access to the Property
Guests are responsible for securing their apartment when leaving it and for taking proper care of any keys or other access devices provided during their stay.
If a key or other access device is lost, the Guest may be charged the actual cost of replacement.
10. Pets
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement with Villa Filmowiec.
The fee for a pet is PLN 40 per night.
Pet owners are responsible for supervising their pets and for any damage or additional cleaning caused by them.
Pets must not disturb other guests.
11. Safes and Valuables
Each apartment is equipped with a safe for Guests’ use.
Guests are advised to store valuables, documents and larger amounts of cash in the safe.
12. Cleaning During the Stay
The price of the stay does not include daily apartment cleaning or towel replacement during the stay.
Guests are kindly requested to keep the apartment reasonably clean and tidy.
13. Apartment Equipment
Guests are required to use the apartment, its equipment and the common areas in accordance with their intended purpose.
Please do not move equipment between apartments or remove any items belonging to Villa Filmowiec from the property.
Any faults or damage noticed during the stay should be reported as soon as possible.
14. Damage
Guests are responsible for damage to the property or equipment of Villa Filmowiec caused by themselves or by persons or pets for whom they are responsible.
Any damage should be reported to Villa Filmowiec without delay.
15. Electrical Appliances and Safety
For safety reasons, Guests may not use their own portable heaters, hot plates, immersion heaters or other appliances that may create a fire hazard.
This restriction does not apply to standard personal devices such as chargers, laptops, electric shavers or hair dryers when used as intended.
16. No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all apartments and indoor common areas of Villa Filmowiec. This includes traditional cigarettes, electronic cigarettes and heated tobacco products.
If this rule is violated, the Guest may be charged the actual costs of additional cleaning, odour removal or other work required to restore the premises to their proper condition.
17. Fire Safety
The use of open flames, candles or other items or devices that may create a fire hazard is prohibited inside the property.
18. Wi-Fi
Guests may use the Wi-Fi network provided by Villa Filmowiec free of charge.
19. Sauna
Use of the sauna is subject to an additional charge and requires advance reservation.
The sauna is available upon request until 9:00 PM.
Guests must observe all safety and hygiene rules when using the sauna.
Guests use the sauna at their own responsibility and, by using it, confirm that their health condition allows them to do so safely.
Children may use the sauna only under the direct supervision of an adult.
20. Children
Children staying at Villa Filmowiec must remain under adult supervision.
Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety of children in their care and for any damage caused by them.
21. Visitors
Visitors who are not included in the reservation may enter the apartment only by prior arrangement with Villa Filmowiec.
Visitors may not stay overnight without prior notification and approval from Villa Filmowiec.
22. Parties and Disturbance
Parties, receptions or other events that may disturb other guests may not be organised in the apartments or on the premises of Villa Filmowiec without prior permission.
Behaviour that disturbs the peace, safety or comfort of other people staying at the property is not permitted.
23. Skis, Bicycles and Sports Equipment
Skis, bicycles and other sports equipment should not be stored inside the apartments if they may cause dirt or damage.
Please contact Villa Filmowiec for information about an appropriate place to store such equipment.
24. Serious Breach of the House Rules
In the event of a serious or repeated breach of these House Rules, particularly behaviour that threatens safety, causes damage to property or seriously disturbs other guests, Villa Filmowiec may take appropriate action, including terminating the stay, in accordance with applicable law.
25. Items Left Behind
If any belongings are found after a Guest’s departure, Villa Filmowiec will attempt to contact the Guest whenever possible.
The Guest is responsible for the cost of returning any items left behind.
Items left at the property will be stored and handled in accordance with applicable law.
26. Complaints and Reporting Problems
Any faults, problems or concerns regarding the stay should be reported as soon as possible so that Villa Filmowiec has an opportunity to respond and resolve the issue during the Guest’s stay.
27. Final Provisions
Guests are required to comply with these House Rules, observe safety regulations, respect the property of Villa Filmowiec and consider the comfort of other guests.
Matters not covered by these House Rules are subject to applicable law.
