Polanica Zdrój

Polanica-Zdrój is a picturesque spa town located at the foot of the Piekielna Góra massif, combining the charm of a mountain resort, beautiful natural surroundings and a wide range of leisure activities. It is an excellent base for both a relaxing stay and exploring the attractions of the Kłodzko Valley.

The mild climate and natural mineral springs have long contributed to Polanica-Zdrój’s unique character as a spa town.

In the very heart of the town lies the Spa Park, with its mature trees, magnificent rhododendrons, walking paths and peaceful green spaces – perfect for relaxing at any time of year.

What our guests say about us

Great location, just a few minutes from the Spa Park. The rooms are super clean (there are even towels at the entrance of the building for wiping dogs’ paws) and equipped with everything you need. The apartments are well soundproofed, spacious, and warm. Highly recommended!

A wonderful place to relax, atmospheric, also showcasing the history of Villa Filmowiec. The apartment is decorated simply and tastefully, it was very clean, comfortable bed, equipped with everything needed. The air conditioning and good WiFi worked perfectly. The location is right next to the spa park – a 2-minute walk to the mineral water spring. I am delighted and thank you very much.

A wonderful apartment with well-matched furniture and equipment, and all without the presence of IKEA. The kitchen was completely sufficient for preparing elegant breakfasts and dinners, although one could also prepare lunch. The pleasant atmosphere combines modernity with the history of this city, the place, and the people who once lived here, as well as today. It was worth taking a break here. Close to the Spa Park, with atmospheric streets and beautiful views.
